Job Description :
An MBA in Sales and Marketing from a premier business school with 2-6 years of experience in Commercial & Retail Leasing in the Real Estate industry.
The key deliverables of the role are as under:
Preparing Strategies to attract and promote Franchises & Other Brands to lease out the commercial & retail space.
Inviting Application for Lease agreement.
Making Presentation to the client and making them understand about the proposed property.
Branding /Advertising and Marketing of the property.
Site visit with client.
Closure of deal and follow up for documentation & payment.
