Job Description:

• Exploring business potential, opportunities to secure profitable business volumes.
• Direct sales of Residential properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available property.
• Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure best service.
• Generation of  new leads by distinguishing direct mails to the prospective customers
• Responsible for handling queries related to site.

Qualification: MBA, BBA
                           If Graduate – minimum 3 months exp.

Experience:    0 - 2 Yrs

Desired Profile:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be of go-getter attitude.
• Maintain and Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products.
• Highly confident and strong convincing skills.
• Self Starter
• Pro-Active

Salary: 2 lac fixed +1,800 ( Conveyance) + 750( Mobile). 

            Note- Salary negotiable for exp and talented candidates.
