JD for Sales Manager- Investment Telesales role:
* Manage a team of telecallers to cross sell Investment products (LI/GI)
* Hiring, Training and Motivating TSEs (Telesales Executive)
* Liaise with TPP (Third party product) team for pick ups and certifications
* Ensures that monthly budgets are met as per workstations assigned.
* Analyze sales reports to drive productivity at lead, pick up and set up level
* Understand objectives of campaigns uploaded, manage databases well.
* Keep attrition under control.
Please note the primary requirements -
* Should have prior telesales team management experience ---- any industry
* Good in sales executive recruitment and training
* Good communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Must be good in relationship management and interpersonal skills
