Job Description

* Deal sourcing, pitching and securing private investment sales assignments from high net-worth individuals.
* Handling the sales and business development related issues
* Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location and work profile.
* Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.
* Ensuring the revenue generation and goal achievement
* Sharing of best practices to improve business results
* Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction
* To prepare presentations, reports, plans etc. as necessary



Job Location: Noida

Desired Candidate Profile

* Must possess good communication, presentation skills.
* Team player
* Must have strong experience in networking and finding a way to meet decision maker at the customers end
* Prior exp in real estate industry would be an added advantage
