Job Description

·         Ensure achievement of budget by developing and managing the entire zone with the goal of maximizing sales.

·         Building and maintaining positive working relationships Achieve sales targets for the zone, on monthly, quarterly & annual basis 

·         Handle Scientific / Medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.

·         Host product presentations to specific customers, KOLs

·         Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings; 

·         Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations

·         Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products

·         Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to develop new business opportunities /customers.

·         Team Development- Managing & developing the sales team- RSMs, ASMs and MRs, Recruitment and Training of new sales staff.
