Ensure
achievement of budget by developing and managing the entire zone with the goal
of maximizing sales.

Building and
maintaining positive working relationships Achieve sales targets for the zone,
on monthly, quarterly & annual basis

Handle Scientific
/ Medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.

Host product
presentations to specific customers, KOLs
·
Regularly
attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;

Keeping
up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and
interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals
during presentations

Monitor
competitor activity and competitors' products
·
Develop
strategies for increasing opportunities to develop new business opportunities
/customers.

Team Development-
Managing & developing the sales team- RSMs, ASMs and MRs, Recruitment and
Training of new sales staff.
